Our Story
From our Founder
When I began hosting intimate gatherings of women in 2019, I had no roadmap. What I had was a desire to fill the isolation I felt stepping into entrepreneurship in 2010. I knew where I wanted to go—but I hadn’t yet found the right rooms to help me get there.
Those early gatherings grew into something far beyond what I envisioned: places of care, connection, and sponsorship.
Every month we gather around a table to break bread, and the impact has been undeniable:
One woman went from anxiously questioning her speaking fee to confidently securing a higher rate. Thanks to a connection she met at the table who coached her on what was possible. She made the ask—and got it.
Another networked with two other attendees from the same company and secured over $100,000 in contract work.
These are some of the stories that fuel my commitment to Inherit Haus. I’ve experienced firsthand the power of women speaking up for one another and opening doors for each other. In my 15+ years as a full-time entrepreneur, I know it’s not just skills, talents, charms or results that open doors—it’s people. People who vouch for you, sponsor you, and lift you up when you hesitate to do so yourself.
That’s the magic we create at Inherit Haus. This is more than networking—it’s transformation. It’s legacy-building. And I’m honored to lead it forward.
Here’s to breaking bread, closing deals, and building tables together.
May something amazing happen to you and for you today!
With warmth,
AdeOla
